Jefco Associates Construction
General Contractor, Don Jeffares, President and CEO of Jefco and Associates Construction,
as a graduate of Georgia Tech offers polk County's construction industry engineering expertise ,
experience, integrity and a passion for serving our community.
His engineering background keeps him focused on the precision of each phase of construction.
He established our company in 1975. Over the years, our firm has completed over 400 projects.
These projects have ranged from additions, to commercial build outs,
to spec starter homes, to grand dream homes, but mostly we have enjoyed building
custom homes uniquely for each client here in Lakeland and surrounding Polk County.
Don is very active in the community, United Way, Salvation Army,
Rotary, and First United Methodist Church to name a few.
His commitment to Lakeland, his love of the challenges
of Construction and his analytical mind,
combine to make him a Master Custom Builder.
Our Superintendent, John Grassano's ultimate goal is to create high quality buildings,
appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional.
John brings to Polk County's building industry a wide range of services from planning and program development,
through design and construction documents, to on-site coordination.
